The South Mountain Balalajkas (Södra Bergens Balalaikor) have since 1969 been an orchestra in constant change, rejuvenation and always caused surprise.
All the good Russian folk music we hear, we try to make it to ours and we constant strive to develop and change our repertoire.
With childish respect and curiosity, we attempt to bring out our special sound and style. Our distinguishing feature has always been the joy of playing and the belief that what we love, the audience will also love.
